Benvenuto! Welcome to the hidden gem that is Arturo's Trattoria. Boasting nearly perfect guest reviews, we are passionate about serving authentic Italian cuisine that satisfies the taste buds of our clientele.
Our restaurant was founded in 2015 by the renowned chef Arturo Ottaviano and partner Nick Piazzola. They had a vision to bring the true taste of Italy to Maryland. Born in Molise and raised in Verona, Italy, chef Arturo is the man behind our inaugural menu. While chef Arturo leads at Osteria 177, Nick Piazzola handles the operations of Arturo's Glen Burnie, with Chef Francisco Rivera and manager Adonis Acosta.
Since 2015, we have been committed to using the freshest ingredients and traditional cooking methods to create mouth-watering dishes.
Our menu is inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Italy and reflects the diversity of its regions. We offer a wide variety of dishes, including fresh handmade pasta, salads, beef, veal, lamb, chicken, seafood, and desserts made by the Chef's mother. All of our dishes are prepared with passion and care, using only the finest ingredients.
Behind every successful chef is an experienced staff that shares and supports his vision and efforts. Like a good sports team, Arturo and partner Nick Piazzola are great coaches and have surrounded themselves with great players. Players that work together for the benefit of the team. People that share the same vision for the business, passion for the food and knowledge of wine. Arturo, Nick and staff are passionate about the food and restaurant – and it definitely shows on the menu, wine list and service. The menu stays consistent with specials changing weekly to reflect the seasonal, organic produce whenever possible.
